Debbie Cox

Phyllis Taylor, FNP

My name is Phyllis Taylor. I have been working for Pain Institute of Clarksville Since April 2013. This clinic has proven to me that each person is an individual with individual needs. The owners have demonstrated that personal interaction with every client is not only neccessary but a desirable trait for every employee.

I graduated in 1982 from the University of Kentucky Community College in Henderson Ky. I continued my studies at Western Kentucky University and Murray State University. I started working in 1982 as a cardiac nurse then worked over 15 years in the emergency room. I have completed and worked as an EMT, certified ER nurse and a sexual abuse nurse examiner. The last few years I have worked as a nurse practitioner for family practice and pain management.

I am married and have 2 children, 2 granddaughters and 3 Chihuahuas. I love to read and am a sports enthusiast.
